Newfoundland Dog Rescue and Adoption Thinking about getting a Newfoundland Dog? Then, bear in mind that every month there are thousands of dogs, many Newfs, that find themselves homeless; abandoned for good reasons or bad, by their human companions. They should have a TOP PRIORITY for us all when it comes to adding a new, four-legged friend to your home. Puppies are wonderful, but all of these "orphans" were pups once, too. Let's take care of them first! I'll be continually adding more information as well as links to resources that help to FOSTER, PLACE, and SAVE our wonderful and needful Newfoundland Dog friends. PLEASE NOTE:If you have, or know of, a Newf that's unwanted, in trouble, in need of a good home, or at risk in any way, and you are unable to reach someone for assistance, DON'T HESITATE to CONTACT ME DIRECTLY for help at: NewfHaven@bluefrontiers.us. Newf Rescue Best said by these folks themselves, this site "was conceived and created for the purpose of providing and supporting a broad-scale exchange of ideas and suggestions to benefit those groups and individuals dedicated to Newfoundland rescue."
